Abstract

The study of geometry and topology of moduli spaces of sheaves on K3 surfaces forms a rich subject in the past 40 years. The talk aims to persuade the audience that there are equally exciting special geometries happening on Calabi-Yau 3-folds and 4-folds. We will mainly focus on the enumerative geometric part of the story on Calabi-Yau 4-folds.
